  1. Failure to pay the downpayment after the order has been confirmed will be considered as bogus buyer and will be banned from ANGELSTAR.

Order status updates will have the following movement:

  • Secured - your item has been ordered from the official store (Weverse, Ktown4u, LINE and etc.)

  • Arrived in KR address - your item has been delivered to our KR address

  • Picked up at KR address - item ready for international shipping

  • In-transit to PH - hooray! your item is on its way to PH. This usually takes 4-5 weeks.

  • Arrived at PH customs - finally arrived in PH, item awaiting clearance at customs

  • Arrived at my address - I will ready and pack your items

  • Shipped out to your address - local shipping

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. All items posted are for pre-order, unless stated otherwise.

  2. All albums and merchandise are official, bought directly from the official stores (Weverse, Ktown4u, LINE and etc.). All albums are guaranteed 100% counted on Hanteo & Gaon Charts.

  3. A downpayment is required for every purchase. Downpayment must be settled upon submission of order form.

  1. Failure to pay the downpayment after the order has been confirmed will be considered as bogus buyer and will be banned from ANGELSTAR.

  2. Deadline of payment (DOP) for the remaining balance can vary.

  3. Be 100% sure that you’re a PATIENT BUYER before submission of order form. We can’t accommodate rush orders, since all items are pre-ordered.

  4. Cancellation of order is not allowed. If you wish to cancel your order, cancellation fee will apply. Cancellation fee = 50% of the item's price.

  5. Some items are limited and can be sold out immediately. Refund will be available in this case.

  6. Estimated time of arrival (ETA) is 4-5 weeks after ship out from KR address. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances during shipping from Korea.

  7. ANGELSTAR is not liable for any damages or loss that may occur while the item is being shipped. Before shipment, we make sure that your orders are all well-packed and sealed. Complaints should be filed to the courier's company directly. We are also not liable for any defects or missing inclusions on sealed items caused by the Entertainment Company or Manufacturing Supplier.

  8. PLEASE PROVIDE A CLEAR AND UNEDITED UNBOXING VIDEO. NO VIDEO = NO REPLACEMENT / REFUND.
